Kannur dental college student death: Audio clip surfaces; family alleges harassment

An audio message presumed to belong to first-year Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) student R.L. Nithin Raj, who ended his life at Kannur Dental College, has emerged, heightening claims of harassment by teachers.

The clip appeared after relatives accused faculty members of verbal abuse toward the 19-year-old. In the audio, the speaker alleges that a teacher insulted him in the staff room, used abusive language, mocked his mother, and issued threats. He also describes repeated humiliation in class, including public ridicule and penalties for marks.
