Lo-fi soul meets downtempo on Yazmin Lacey and Congi’s new EP, Two Takes

Singer/songwriter Yazmin Lacey and production duo Congi have released a new collaborative EP, called Two Takes, exclusively on Lacey’s Bandcamp page.

The EP was created in their own homes, with the artists finishing each song in just two takes, with the aim of making the EP feel as fresh and fluid as possible.

Two Takes coincides with Bandcamp Friday, which sees the platform waiving its fees to support artists and labels on the first Friday of every month.

It follows Lacey’s Morning Matters EP, which was released via on Own Your Own Records.
