Lolina explores sound collages on new album, Fast Fashion

Weaving together a fractured tapestry of sound.

Lolina — aka Inga Copeland — has released a new album called Fast Fashion, via Deathbomb Arc.

Moving between improvisation and composition, Fast Fashion sees Lolina create a liminal sound collage through discarded vocal takes, phone recordings, jokes, and a recording of a Mark Ronson TED Talk.

“Fast Fashion reveals a process by which one thing can be changed into another,” explains the label.

It follows Lolina’s Live in Geneva album, in 2019.
