The Comet Is Coming reveal new album, Hyper-Dimensional Extension Beam

Dancehall meets jazz and electronic soundscapes.

The Comet Is Coming are releasing a new album, called Hyper-Dimensional Extension Beam, via Impulse! Records this September.

The London-based group is formed of Danalogue (Dan Leavers), Shabaka (Shabaka Hutchings), and Betamax (Max Hallett).

For their latest album, the trio combine jazz with dancehall and hypnotic, electronic soundscapes.

Hyper-Dimensional Extension Beam follows the group’s 2019 album, Trust In The Lifeforce Of The Deep Mystery.
