Big plans for native music hub plans as report store expands

A preferred Isle of Wight report retailer has upgraded to a bigger store in Newport, increasing throughout two flooring.

There are plans to make AAA Records, at 111-112 St James Street, reverse Wetherspoons, a hub for the Isle of Wight’s music scene.

Selling vinyl records and CDs, outdated and new, posters and even signed albums, the store will even be internet hosting common reside music classes.

Courtesy of Cowes’ Medina Books, a plethora of music themed biographies and novels, from punk to people, may also be discovered within the store.

AAA Records’ Andy Barding mentioned: "We hope to have a couple of reside occasions and to broaden on what we’re doing.

"We wish to assist and bolster the Isle of Wight music scene and we wish to be promoting as many Isle of Wight records and CDs as potential, too."

The enterprise was beforehand based mostly on Scarrots Lane and its outdated residence is now AAA Emporium, which sells records and classic Levi denims.
