CMTO launches Audio Storytelling Mentorship

fbi.radio’s All The Best and the Community Media Training Organisation (CMTO) have launched an Audio Storytelling Mentorship.

Over 12 weeks, 10 rising producers from neighborhood radio stations throughout Australia will be taught the basics of audio storytelling abilities from narrative planning, recording, scripting and artistic manufacturing. They will likely be guided by coaching and mentorship from trade leaders which is nationally accredited. At the top of this system, every participant will produce a 5 minute audio characteristic or documentary.

The program is open to any aspiring inventive or producer, with individuals who face limitations to accessing paid academic studying pathways notably inspired to use.

The program consists of:

Industry-standard and nationwide accredited radio coaching by way of the CMTO.
An skilled mentor, who will work with you.
Facilitated workshops in basic audio storytelling abilities.
Networking with audio producers across the nation.
Your work shared nationally by way of All The Best and the Community Radio Network.

From 2013 to 2020, the CMTO delivered the National Feature and Documentary Series, boosting the careers of quite a few producers and journalists.
