[Fedora 39] No audio from audio system

I simply put in Fedora 39 and it is actually superior! But I’ve no audio coming from my audio system.
My setup consists of a headset and a pair of audio system. I attempted downloading some driver from Realtek because of some discussion board I’ve learn, however all I get is a few error from a lacking compiler. Also, the pdf would not clarify a variety of issues.
