Friends of the Library Book Sale kicks off May 3

ITHACA, N.Y. — The annual Spring Book Sale to profit the Tompkins County Public Library can be held beginning May 3 and operating intermittently for the three weeks afterwards.

The sale, organized by the Friends of Tompkins County Public Library, is hosted at 509 Esty St. in Ithaca. Proceeds from the twice-annual e book gross sales go to assist the native public library in addition to others within the Finger Lakes area and non-profit organizations that take care of literacy initiatives.
