Unable to get audio from any digicam

I related many alternative WIFI cameras to HA (Wyze, Eufy, tplink…) and all of them haven’t any audio in HA however in different gamers like VLC there’s audio.

I’ve been investigating this for few days already. It appears that the issue begins with the very fact the WebRTC doesn’t help AAC codec and possibly all my cameras have AAC audio.

So, I added go2rtc with this config:

    - ffmpeg:rtsp://localhost:8554/digicam.living_room_cam?audio=copy#audio=pcma

And it really solved the issue. I’m able to get video and audio in HA with the WebRTC UI card. The downside is that it’s probably not an entity in HA, I can’t use occasions like recording, snapshot, automation, ONVIF options of the digicam… Or not less than I don’t know the way to try this

So, I attempted to attach these cameras utilizing Generic Camera and / or ONVIF integrations as these cameras helps it. The downside that these integrations in HA don’t use go2rtc, quite they use RTSP2Web / RTSP2WebRTC and so they don’t use ffmpeg so I don’t get audio

Generic digicam integration even have some additional parameters to ship to ffmpeg which I don’t actually perceive the way it works if it goes via RTSP2Web which isn’t ffmpeg, regardless, I handed these parameters to ffmpeg in generic digicam:

-acodec pcm_s16le -vcodec copy

But it has 0 have an effect on.

According to documentation HA has builtin ffmpeg however I don’t know find out how to use it appropriately I suppose.

So proper now I’m caught between having a video and audio utilizing go2rtc and quit on all of the goodies of ONVIF options and digicam entity in HA or get all of the options with out audio
