Lenco report participant sounds excessive pitched?

Hey all, I’m new to records, and I purchased this report participant final Christmas model new. Every report I play on this sounds excessive pitched. I had one other report participant beforehand and had the identical concern, changed it with this one and nonetheless having the identical downside. It’s occurring with each report I play so I don’t assume the vinyl is the issue. Tried changing the needle too. Any ideas?
